Your VPS will be added to the custom–built server monitoring system and whenever there’s a sign of a problem, our skilled tech support engineers will be informed instantaneously.

Weekly Backups

Having a backup copy of your hosted content is mandatory – one never knows when something can go wrong. And with the Optional Admin Services package, you will take advantage of weekly backups of your entire VPS, not only of your data, without you being required to set up and configure anything. And the backups will be saved on a server with e set of RAID–configured hard disks. In other words, your hosted content will always be protected, regardless of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you would like your VPS server to have video streaming or video conversion capabilities, you need to install & configure certain software on it. And if this may sound like something far too time and effort taking for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting service, part of our Optional Admin Services package, is the most suitable thing for you. Using it, you will have the full and uninterrupted attention of one of our professional server admins who will install and set–up any software program or take care of any issue that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services deal is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Hosting Plans. With the KVM VPS Hosting Plans, it is an optional feature.
